Athlete partnerships for brands across industries.

INSIDE THE WORK

Here’s the brief.

A concrete example of the document we would use to get a brand and its athletes working from the same plan.

Illustrative only. No client, athlete or completed campaign is represented here.

HEAD ON / SAMPLE CREATIVE BRIEFCOFFEE · PILOT

Three morning routines.

Show how a coffee product fits into the mornings of three athletes, in their own words.

The brand
A coffee brand looking for everyday product content.
The people
Three athletes who drink coffee and are comfortable filming their routine. Selection is agreed with the brand.
The deliverables
One 20–30 second vertical video per athlete. Three edited videos in total. This is a sample scope, not a universal package.
The story
Make the coffee. Show the preparation and product clearly. Explain a genuine preference. Close with a moment from the rest of the morning.
The brand supplies
Product, accurate product details, a point of contact and consolidated feedback on the agreed review dates.
Head On handles
Athlete coordination, the written assignment, agreements, deadlines, content collection, the agreed feedback round and payment coordination.
Review plan
Confirm the brief, receive first cuts, gather one consolidated round of feedback and collect the final files. Dates are set around product delivery and athlete availability.
Posting & usage
For this example: brand organic social use for 30 days from an agreed start date. Athlete posting and paid advertising are separate options. Permissions must be agreed in writing before use.
Fee & compensation
Quoted before booking. The proposal separates the Head On fee, athlete pay and additional costs.
At handoff

Three labeled video files, a usage summary, any contracted post links and a short recap of delivery.
